For Women
Infertility is often a just a label. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, a healthy woman should be capable of conception once her menses have arrived until she reaches menopause, unless the ovarian tubes are blocked, or there are other anatomical abnormalities.

We have decades of experience in using the proper herbs, the appropriate acupuncture point combinations, and suitable massage techniques for this special time. All treatments are carried out with utmost care. Our techniques complement your ob-gyn’s and midwife’s treatment plan.
Birth
The birth of a baby is a very special and unique time for a woman. Each mother’s experience will be different. We are happy to be there for you after the birth as well, to assist you with any problems, in combination with Western Medicine.
Menopause
Menopause is a physiologically normal state, and ideally should occur with minimal problems. However, imbalances resulting from years of an unhealthy lifestyle are more likely to manifest during menopause. Then we see symptoms such as night sweats, insomnia, palpitations, anxiety, moodiness, and fatigue.

Asian Massage
Asian Bodywork offers massage techniques informed by TCM therapy. Tui-Na is the most popular Asian massage. During your treatment, the therapist determines which acupuncture channels have blocked energy.
Cupping
Cupping is a traditional healing method that was used in European, as well as Asian, culture. Cupping may be used instead of acupuncture, or combined into a treatment. It’s especially recommended for painful conditions resulting from a local blockage of Qi and circulation. Through the use of a hand pump a vacuum is created.
Nutrition
Nutritional theory is another cornerstone of TCM, and is usually including as part of treatment. In China, eating properly has traditionally been regarded as another kind of medicine. Choosing nutritional foods supports other healing therapies, as well as preventing illness down the road.

If you have to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to do this 48 hours in advance.
Offers and treatment costs
The first consultation takes about 90 Minutes and costs 230 CHF. This consultation includes a thorough diagnosis, an acupuncture treatment, nuitrition counseling and if needed a prescription of an individualized chinese herbal recipe.
Following treatments takes about 60 minutes and costs 150 CHF. The acupuncture treatments are individually supplemented with TCM methods such as cupping therapy, moxa and nutritional advice. These are not charged additionally. If needed you can complement the acupuncture treatment with a medical massage (classical, Tuina & Shiatsu) (20 minutes or more); massages will be charged with 45 CHF, which are usually also covered through the supplementary insurance.
The compilation of new phytotherapy recipes, the adjustment of the recipe and the repeated order will be invoiced at 60, 40 and 20 CHF respectively.
Occasional mail correspondence and short telephone consultations are provided free of charge.
